ONLINE PAYMENT PORTAL - WeTRAVEL

Traveling Classrooms is proud to partner with a new online payment portal, WeTravel.

This online, secure portal allows parents to make trip payments, check real-time balances and more. 

This payment system is now accepting deposits for trips departing in Fall 2024 and beyond. 

Venmo payments for Fall 2024 trips and beyond will no longer be accepted, as we are discontinuing use of the Venmo service.

​​​​​Credit/ Debit Card Payments

Our Venmo app account is @TravelingClassrooms. Download the Venmo app from the App Store or Google Play and follow the prompts to make your payment.

If paying with Venmo, please include your student's name, school and grade in the notes section.

Your amount owed can be located on your payment slip provided by Traveling Classrooms.  Clients using Venmo will still need to turn in payment slips. 

Please indicate *Venmo on the payment slip, your Venmo username and the amount paid for our records on the returned payment slip.  You will receive a receipt via email if using Venmo.

To help locate Traveling Classroom's Venmo account more easily, open up your cell phone camera screen and hover it over the QR Code provided. Our account will pop up for you to click into.

Cash, Check, or Money Orders

Cash, Personal/Business Checks and money orders can be mailed in along with payment slips to us directly. Do NOT forget to list your student's name, school and grade along with the payment.
